Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring student activities and give individual assignments as requested by the principal or teacher.
• Assist with recording student grades and maintaining records as requested by principal or teacher.
• Operate computers, copy machines, public address system, and audio/visual equipment.
• Train volunteers in use of office machines.
• Order and maintain workroom supplies.
• Perform non-instructional duties, such as monitoring lunchroom, library, playroom and playground.
• Substitute when the secretary is absent and assist with office duties as needed.
• Assist teachers in upgrading the instructional programs.
• Accompany groups on field trips as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
