Job summary

National University Escondido campus seeks an NEST Support Specialist to deliver end-user IT support and direct onsite classroom technology assistance. You will document and track tickets, manage inventory and assets, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong customer service.

Ability to work independently or with a team is essential. The role requires knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and classroom AV tech, with occasional evening or weekend shifts based on academic needs and site

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computers or related field preferred.
• Two years of Desktop Support experience or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for NEST and classroom tech.
• Offer direct onsite support in classrooms and instructional spaces.
• Document, track, and monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory, licensing, and asset tracking for NEST IT.
