Job summary

Oneida ESC Group’s OPS is seeking a Classroom & Event Support Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. The role delivers classroom readiness, audiovisual support, event coordination, and instructional environment support for the Civilian Leadership Development School.

Responsibilities include configuring spaces for in-person and virtual instruction, pre-event checks, and supporting hybrid learning environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of classroom operations, training support, logistics, or event support experience.
• Experience supporting audiovisual systems and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to approximately 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Configure classrooms and training spaces for resident and virtual instruction.
• Conduct pre-event equipment checks and ensure classroom readiness.
• Operate and troubleshoot projectors, microphones, VTC systems, and smart boards.
• Support virtual training sessions by monitoring communications and managing online resources.
• Coordinate classroom setup, teardown, and facility restoration activities.
• Assist instructors and students during in-person and virtual training events.
