Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center is seeking Classroom Aides to support the classroom team in delivering developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. You will assist with lessons, support bus and meal procedures, and help meet each child’s needs under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, CPI certification, and a collaborative mindset toward staff and families in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting or with developmental delays.
• Must obtain CPI certification.
• Ability to work with children and families; demonstrates good judgement and energy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Support classroom team in design and implementation of activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.
• Follow bus duty and breakfast/lunch procedures per NYSED and policies.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training; adhere to employee handbook.
