Job summary

The Gill Corporation is seeking a Classified Security Administrator to develop and administer security programs for classified materials and proprietary information. You will implement regulations under NISPOM, ITAR/EAR, and related standards, while conducting education and audits across the organization.

You will report to the Manager, Program Management and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong security controls in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two years related experience or training.
  • Aerospace background and DoD environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ITAR/EAR expected.

The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.The Gill Corporation is seeking a Classified Security Administrator who supports a fast-paced environment, creating, maintaining and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.Reporting to the Manager, Program Management, they will perform but not be limited to the following responsibilities.Responsibilities:Obtains rulings and maintains a strong security program compliant with the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and all other applicable security requirementsDevelops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipmentStudies and implements U.S. security regulations that apply to company operationsPrepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records and for granting personnel and visitors access to records and materialsConducts and maintains a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness programInvestigates security incidents and prepares reportsMaintains accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s)Review and verify personnel security clearancesOther duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
