Qualifications

• Meet four of the six listed qualifications OR have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in case management that uses assessments, planning, coordination, and evaluation to meet the individuals’ needs.
• Experience reviewing, auditing, analyzing, and/or proofreading data.
• Experience applying laws, applicable rules, and procedures.
• Experience or training in the use of OBIS and/or related computer programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing inmates through a collaborative case management approach and developing inmate management plans.
• Planning and coordinating referrals for treatment, programs, work, and services.
• Evaluating information sources to make informed inmate management decisions.
• Maintaining accurate inmate records in OBIS and other applications.
• Leading disciplinary hearings, custody decisions, and reclassification reviews.
