Midlands Technical College seeks an organized Materials & Support Coordinator to ensure classrooms are stocked with books and instructional materials. You will procure items, coordinate with the Copy Center, and deliver materials before each class.
Responsibilities include data entry (grades), inventory tracking, and collaboration with program staff to support class delivery. Travel between campuses is required, with attention to accuracy and independence.
Works closely with colleagues in Corporate and Continuing Education program areas to ensure each class has the materials necessary for effective instruction. Responsibilities include procuring books and instructional materials, coordinating with the Copy Center to prepare class materials, and delivering all required materials to the classroom prior to the start of each class. This position also retrieves extra materials, books, and classroom paperwork at the conclusion of each class and ensures materials are properly organized and accounted for.
Additional responsibilities include performing data entry tasks such as entering grades into Colleague, maintaining inventory spreadsheets, and tracking enrollment reports. The position requires close collaboration with program staff and the Copy Center to support the successful delivery of classes and ensure instructional needs are met. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Must be reliable, flexible and able to travel between all campuses and work from any campus as needed. Must possess analytical thinking skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Associate degree and two (2) years of relevant customer services experience; or a high school diploma and three (3) years of relevant customer services experience.
