Job summary

Midlands Technical College seeks an organized Materials & Support Coordinator to ensure classrooms are stocked with books and instructional materials. You will procure items, coordinate with the Copy Center, and deliver materials before each class.

Responsibilities include data entry (grades), inventory tracking, and collaboration with program staff to support class delivery. Travel between campuses is required, with attention to accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of relevant customer services experience, or a high school diploma and three years of relevant customer services experience.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be reliable, flexible and able to travel between all campuses.
• Analytical thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Procure books and instructional materials for effective instruction.
• Coordinate with Copy Center to prepare class materials and deliver to classrooms.
• Retrieve extra materials and organize all classroom paperwork after classes.
• Enter grades and track enrollment using Colleague; maintain inventory spreadsheets.
