Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Paradise Valley, AZ seeks a Class Experience Lead to elevate the member experience across Life Time classes—studio, cycle, yoga and small group.

You will mentor instructors, partner with the Concierge Manager, and help members find the right class while keeping spaces welcoming and smelling right. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of leadership or management experience, and certifications in National Group Fitness and LifePower Yoga, plus

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.
