Job summary

Life Time in San Diego is seeking a Class Experience Lead to enhance the member journey across all class formats—studio, cycle, yoga, and small groups. You will mentor instructors, partner with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right class, and ensure spaces smell and look inviting for the best experience.

Daily duties include coaching staff, maintaining inviting spaces, coordinating member connections, and updating class content on the club Facebook group to keep members engaged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and pays up to $28.75, based on experience and qualifications.
