Job summary

Life Time Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Class Experience Lead to elevate member experiences across studio, cycle, yoga and small group classes.

You will mentor instructors, ensure welcoming spaces, and partner with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class. This role focuses on maintaining spaces with the right look and feel, supporting staff development, and engaging members across front-desk and social channels.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or management experience.
• Certifications in group fitness and yoga are required.
• Additional fitness and nutrition certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver excellent class experiences.
• Oversee spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Engage members through front desk interactions and club spaces; collaborate with concierge manager.
• Update class content on club Facebook group or related social channels.

• Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right.
• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification
