Job summary

Life Time in San Diego is seeking a Class Experience Lead to support the member experience across Life Time classes—studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. You will mentor instructors and coordinate spaces to ensure an exceptional atmosphere, including aroma, cleanliness and presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and collaboration with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and elevate overall experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right.
• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and pays up to $28.75, based on experience and qualifications.
