Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Class Experience Lead to elevate member experiences across studio, cycle, yoga, and small group classes. The role partners with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right classes and to mentor instructors toward excellence.

You will oversee spaces, ensure a welcoming aroma and appearance, and support a high-energy frontline team. This position requires leadership and a passion for fitness and service.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification
