Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Class Experience Lead to enhance members' class experiences across studio, cycle, yoga, and small group settings. You will mentor instructors, partner with the Concierge Manager, and oversee spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and optimal experience.

You will connect with members and staff daily, help guide class content, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive club environment that supports every Life Time member.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best experiences.
• Manage spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and an inviting smell.
• Foster member connection through the concierge manager, front desk, café and workout floor.
• Update class content on the club's Facebook group.
