Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Class Experience Lead to support the member experience across all class formats including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group sessions. You will partner with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentor instructors to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will also ensure spaces feel welcoming with the right ambience, aroma, and cleanliness, laying the foundation for a best-in-class experience across the club.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance member experiences.
• Oversee club spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
• Engage with members through front desk activity, café, and workout floor.
• Update and manage class content on the club Facebook group.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences. Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right. Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor. Update Class content on club Facebook group.

Position Requirements
