Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver top class experiences.
• Manage spaces to be clean, organized, and odor-appropriate.
• Engage members through weekly connections with concierge manager and frontline operations.
• Update Class content on the club Facebook group.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.
