Job summary

Gillman Home Center in Shelbyville, IN is seeking a CDL Driver/Lumber Yard Associate to drive and coordinate lumber and material deliveries while supporting customers on the yard. You will load and unload, operate trucks, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials and routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with Class B CDL endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and assist in loading/unloading lumber and materials.
• Plan routes for economical time and fuel usage; deliver materials to job sites and homes.
• Operate trucks and equipment; perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Support other departments and maintain a safe, clean yard and store grounds.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies; assist customers and resolve concerns.
