Job summary

Gillman Home Center is seeking a CDL Driver/Lumber Yard Associate to load, load-out, and deliver lumber and building materials to job sites and customers. You will assist customers, operate trucks and forklifts, and help maintain the yard and stock areas with safety as a priority.

The role requires a Class B CDL with a DOT medical card, familiarity with building materials, and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Full-time, daytime hours, with a focus on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class B CDL and DOT medical card.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lumber/building materials preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers loading and unloading lumber and materials.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customers.
• Plan efficient routes for time and fuel savings.
• Maintain safety and security standards on all tasks.
• Help in other yard duties as needed.
