Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking Berkshire drivers for regional East Coast dry-van runs with paid training and a guaranteed solo pay after initialization. Home time is every two weeks; typical weekly miles are about 2,500, with loads that include drop & hook, live load, and live unload.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,400 average weekly, $850 during training, and a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months once solo. Start pay is 55¢–65¢ per mile with $15 stop pay and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required; 21+ years old.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug screening.
• 120+ hours training or recent OTR experience (6 of last 12 months, or 12 months in last 5 years).
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.

Must Have

• Class A CDL, age 21+
• 120+ accredited training hours, or OTR experience (6 of the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years)
• 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5
• No DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass DOT physical and hair/urine drug screening
• Home within 200 miles of Syracuse, NY
