Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, designed for safety and comfort, featuring ergonomic seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mounts, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges, onsite repair, and wash bays.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 to .58 CPM, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays include detention, layover, and other load-specific compensations. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is confirmed prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over half being drop and hook. Freight includes dry van and reefer loads, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, and borders. No dedicated routes; drivers run on major highways, with some freight contracted and some on a combination of load types.

Policies

Passenger policy allows 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1. Canine policy permits 2 small or 1 large dog with a $500 fee, paid off via weekly deductions, non-refundable once placed. No policies for cats, reptiles, or birds.
