Job Description

Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! 200 Company drivers keep families across America supplied with essential household goods. Safe Volvo tractors with all the bells and whistles on them. High miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment: 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include ergonomically designed seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass, on-site repair, wash bay.

Pay: Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles, with detention, layover, and additional pay. Average weekly pay $2600-$3200. Paid weekly via direct deposit.

Home Time: Drivers get 2 full days off after 12-14 days out. Some areas may get additional or longer home time, with prior written agreement. Flexibility for personal needs is accommodated.

Loads & Routes: Mainly in MO, 55%+ drop and hook, dry van and reefer trailers, no NY City, no ports or borders, mostly contracted freight, no dedicated routes.

Rider Policy: 1 passenger 12+ years, available from day 1.

Canine Policy: $500 fee per pet, 2 small or 1 large dog, weekly deduction until paid, non-refundable once placed. No policy for cats, reptiles, birds.
