Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks with automatic transmission. Features include ergonomic seats, optimized steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios, right-way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges, onsite repair facilities, and wash bays.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation for detention, layover, and other factors. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. No holdbacks.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our running area. Some drivers may have longer periods out and additional drive-through days. Outlying areas may offer up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NY City, ports, and borders. Freight is primarily contracted, utilizing major highways and no dedicated routes. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Rider & Pet Policies

One passenger aged 12 or older is allowed from day one. Pets are permitted with a $500 fee for up to 2 small or 1 large dog, with deductions of $100 weekly until paid. No policies for cats, reptiles, or birds.
