Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks with automatic transmission. Features include ergonomic seats, perfect steering position, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site maintenance facilities and wash bays are available.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layovers, and other load-specific factors. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. There are no hold payments.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our operating area. Some areas may offer longer periods out with additional days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments upon notification to dispatch.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The fleet primarily transports dry van and reefer loads across the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, and borders. No dedicated routes; drivers run a mix of contracted freight with major highway access points.

Additional Policies

• Rider Policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1.
• Canine Policy: $500 fee per pet; up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. Deduction of $100 weekly until paid, policy non-refundable once pets are placed.
