Job summary

Sysco Columbus is seeking an experienced delivery driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring accurate delivery and unloading per invoices and company standards.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to handle long-distance or overnight routes. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for top earners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required; food/beverage delivery experience a plus.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted in lieu of or in addition to high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver product from trailer to stores according to customer specifications.
• Complete all paperwork (logs, inspections, maintenance reports) accurately and timely.
• Ensure food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse environments.
• Develop good relationships with customers through excellent service and clear communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
