Job summary

Sysco Columbus is seeking a professional Truck Driver to safely transport and deliver products from the warehouse to customer locations, ensuring accurate delivery and compliant paperwork. You will operate tractor-trailers with attention to safety and customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience, and a valid Class A CDL. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience.
• Completion of tractor trailer driving school acceptable or in addition to diploma.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Unloads product from trailer by hand or cart according to company standards.
• Ensures paperwork (logs, inspections, invoices) is accurate and submitted daily.
• Maintains food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse.
• Develops good relationships with customers through courteous service and communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
