Job summary

Sysco is seeking a delivery driver in Columbus, OH to transport products from the warehouse by tractor trailer and complete deliveries to customers according to invoices and standards. Earn potential ranges and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat guidelines.
• Safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established guidelines (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices, damages).
• Ensures all food safety protocols are met and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer and warehouse.
• Develops good relationships with customers through excellent service and clear communication.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
