Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking a qualified operator to run a Heat Press machine, feed materials, and lift up to 50 lbs.

You will obtain daily production schedules from the lead, verify materials, and maintain quotas while keeping the workstation clean and safe. Training will precede supervision with growth opportunities within a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• 1+ years in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Heat Press machine and feed material; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Obtain a production schedule from the lead.
• Verify material before feeding onto the Heat Press machine.
• Produce the required daily quantity to meet quotas.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead.

Position Overview:

Qualified candidates will operate the Heat Press machine and feed material into machinery, and lift to 50 lbs.

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead

Qualifications:

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting
• Very proficient with computers
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.
• Able to workday in and day out in a safe manner.

Shift Hours/Days

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM OT Saturday 6AM-2PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM OT Saturday 2PM-10PM
• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM OT Friday 10PM-6AM
