Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member for an entry-level manufacturing position in Wisconsin.

This role focuses on safe, reliable operation of basic machinery and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced production environment. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, perform routine equipment checks, and keep a clean, organized workspace while following safety rules.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
