M+A Matting is hiring for a hands-on manufacturing role with heavy material handling and operation of industrial Heat Press machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work in non climate-controlled conditions and maintain safety at all times. Training provided to enable independent work and adherence to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
• Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.
• Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

M+A Matting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands‑on manufacturing position. This role involves frequent heavy material handling, repetitive physical movements, and operating industrial Heat Press machinery in a fast‑paced production environment.

Please Note:

This position requires handling heavy industrial molds weighing between 25 and 80 lbs. Employees will work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment where industrial Heat Press machines generate significant heat, resulting in high workplace temperatures. Candidates should be prepared for physically intensive work in hot conditions throughout their scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
• Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.
• Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 25-85lbs
• Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout the scheduled shift.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
