M+A Matting in Dalton, GA is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands-on manufacturing role. You will operate industrial Heat Press machinery and perform heavy material handling in a fast-paced production environment.

This position requires lifting 25–80 lbs, standing for long periods, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
• Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.
• Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

M+A Matting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands‑on manufacturing position. This role involves frequent heavy material handling, repetitive physical movements, and operating industrial Heat Press machinery in a fast‑paced production environment.

Please Note:

This position requires handling heavy industrial molds weighing between 25 and 80 lbs. Employees will work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment where industrial Heat Press machines generate significant heat, resulting in high workplace temperatures. Candidates should be prepared for physically intensive work in hot conditions throughout their scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
