Job summary

MatWorks in Georgia is seeking a production associate to follow the production schedule, verify materials, and meet daily quotas in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled setting, have reliable transportation, and be able to work with minimal supervision after training. Overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

• Very proficient with computers.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead.
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine.
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met.
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized.
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead.

• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead

Shift Hours

• 1st Shift is Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm ($14.00 an hour)
• 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm (14.50 an hour)
• 3rd Shift has two options: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 am OR Monday - Friday 11 pm to 7am ($15.00 an hour)
• Opportunities for overtime as needed
