Mountville Mills, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a production associate to manage daily output and support the heat press operation. You will obtain the daily production schedule, verify incoming materials, and produce the required quantities to meet quotas.

Responsibilities include keeping workstations clean and organized, following safety rules, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting.
• Very proficient with computers.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift is Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm ($14.00 an hour)
• 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm (14.50 an hour)
• 3rd Shift has two options: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 am OR Monday - Friday 11 pm to 7am ($15.00 an hour)
• Opportunities for overtime as needed

Qualifications

1+ years working in a manufacturing setting

Very proficient with computers

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Possess reliable transportation.

Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.

Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.
