Qualifications

• 7-9 years Claims handling and/or operations experience.
• Advanced organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all claims meet quality and regulatory requirements and review audits and surveys.
• Recruit and develop staff to support succession planning and coaching.
• Provide opportunities for growth and delegate authority to appropriate levels.
• Communicate goals and monitor performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and prepare reports on performance and resources.
• Participate in committees and projects aligned with organizational goals.
