Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX onsite is seeking a management professional to oversee day-to-day claims activities within the claims unit. The role focuses on coordinating, directing, and supervising teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff, monitor performance, and implement best practices while staying current with industry developments. Occasional travel to off-site meetings is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Automotive Claims handling.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience.
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead change.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance.
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly to monitor quality and performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance promptly.
• Resolve customer service issues through effective communication and monitoring.
• Manage recruitment and staff development for succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to align goals and behavior.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects to support organizational goals.
