Job summary

PURE Insurance in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for an Associate Member Advocate in a full-time, hybrid role. The position starts with eight weeks of paid onboarding and leads to progression within the Member Advocate track as you learn our claims lifecycle.

You’ll manage member inquiries by phone and email, deliver empathetic service, and build trust while applying coverage details and guiding claims through resolution. A licensing path is provided as part of development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or call-center environments.
• Ability to switch between multiple applications while assisting members.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses and designations as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Answer member calls with empathy, gather details, and initiate the claims process.
• Provide proactive outreach and handle service requests to resolution.
• Assist with glass and tow auto claim follow-ups, including coverage applications and reserve setting.
