Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking an Associate Member Advocate for a full-time hybrid role in Charleston. You will spend most days assisting members by phone and email, delivering empathetic service and timely responses throughout the claims lifecycle.

The position features a comprehensive eight-week onboarding program, and associates obtain Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster licenses. A commuter stipend and internal career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service by phone and written communication.
• Ability to remain empathetic and patient while assisting members in difficult situations.
• Strong listening skills and clear, concise communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, and mail inquiries from members and agents.
• Provide proactive outreach and track service requests through to completion.
• Assist with claims lifecycle, including follow-ups, coverage application, reserves, and resolution.
• Participate in onboarding and training processes and support new team members as needed.
