Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks a seasoned Workers’ Compensation claims supervisor to lead a small team, manage caseloads, and drive high-quality outcomes. This role partners with clients and carriers to deliver timely decisions and effective results.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of claims experience, holds applicable state licenses, and can mentor others. Bachelor's degree is a plus and a strong grasp of Gallagher technology is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed/certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred

You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients. Take responsibility to make better decisions, earlier in the life of every claim. Identify and deliver the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities. Serve clients, effectively communicate and embrace new challenges to drive success.

• Supervise a small Workers Compensation team.

About You

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience required
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
