Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation claims leader to supervise a skilled team across a range of caseloads, driving high-quality, efficient service. The role focuses on coaching, hiring, and ensuring adherence to Best Practices in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of claims experience, holds appropriate licenses, and understands all team member functions.

Overview

• Claims Background: 5-10 years of prior workers compensation adjusting experience in a TPA/Carrier environment.
• Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2 years prior leadership/people management experience in a claims environment required.
• Jurisdictional experience: IL, MO, IA, WI, MN, IN
• Licenses: Must be licensed in states being handled or reciprocal.
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

About You

Required Qualifications:
