Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior Workers’ Compensation claims leader to supervise a dedicated team and manage an individual caseload with a focus on high-quality, efficient service.

You will participate in hiring and training, drive performance improvements, and leverage Gallagher's technology to optimize operations while maintaining strong client, carrier, and broker relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience required.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions

You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients. Take responsibility to make better decisions, earlier in the life of every claim. Identify and deliver the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities. Serve clients, effectively communicate and embrace new challenges to drive success.

About You
