The Claim Support Technician provides basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities and interacts with Agents, Claimants, and Insureds while maintaining accurate records and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related vocational courses helpful.
• 2–3 years related work experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and good computer literacy required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities.
• Monitor processes and workflows, including creating records of new reported losses in ClaimCenter and ImageRight.
• Respond to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds, and others; verify information for Medicare reporting and Total Loss Audit reporting.
