NICO National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Claim Support Technician to provide essential customer service for Claim Operations. This role supports daily workflows, records new losses, and communicates with agents, claimants, and insureds.

Training leads to eligibility for hybrid work in the Omaha office. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of related experience, basic math skills, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational courses beneficial.
• 2–3 years related work experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and good keyboarding (35 wpm) required.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities essential for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities.
• Monitor processes and workflows in ClaimCenter and ImageRight; respond to status inquiries.
• Verify and maintain reporting for Medicare reporting; review Total Loss Audit information.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation and processing of stop payments as needed.
