Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment.
• 1+ year of experience handling issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalations within SLAs.
• Experience in equipment leasing operations is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and written inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve insurance issues promptly.
• Notate and update account information in InfoLease, Artiva, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external companies on claims.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
