Job summary

Novacore Insurance Services, LLC is offering a Claims Support Intern position in Conshohocken, PA. This hybrid internship runs May through August, with 3 days onsite at the Conshohocken Home Office and 2 days remote.

You will assist the claims team, interact with agents and TPAs, review submissions, and support claim inquiries. We seek a current college student (sophomore or junior) with attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Current college student with Sophomore or Junior year preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and focus.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to maintain strong relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Fully assist team members as needed.
• Interact with agents and TPAs to provide superior customer service via phone and email.
• Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and request information as needed.
• Assist with claim inquiries, policy and endorsement requests and other general claim inquiries.
• With manager, complete claim file reviews for accounts up for renewal.
• Follow up on open items and request additional information to finalize tasks.
• Attend team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.

Claims Support Intern

We are currently seeking high-performing, eager college student interested in starting their career in Insurance Claims to participate in Novacore's 2027 Summer Internship Program! All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. Our internship program will run from May 17th through August 5th. This is a hybrid internship with 3 days required onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office and 2 days’ work from home.

Responsibilities:
