• At least two years of related program or clinical/medical experience or training.
• Background in health-related programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to claimants through the filing process.
• Determine benefits under EEOICPA or related programs.
• Research and gather work history and medical records as needed.
• Help claimants file initial or refile denied claims.
• Inform individuals of resources that aid claims and wellness.
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly with internal/external customers.
• Maintain industry knowledge through training opportunities.
• Identify process efficiencies and improvements.
• Coordinate with health service agencies after Release of Information.
• Occasionally attend outreach events as needed.
