Job summary

Sedgwick is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is integral to providing excellent service to callers about claims across various business lines. Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and be familiar with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison with callers regarding claims.
• Educates customers about documentation required to process claims.
• Enters application information accurately into claims management system.
