Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with strong Excel formula knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
