Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in Oklahoma City seeks a Claims Medical Only Representative to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. You’ll learn how things work and join a team with shared goals.

The role focuses on communicating with claimants and clients, setting reserves, processing payments, and documenting activity to support timely, fair claim disposition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
• Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.
• Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.

About You
