Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Medical Only Representative in Oklahoma City to provide administrative, claim and customer support. You will engage with claimants and clients to build relationships, document activity, and help ensure timely dispositions.

This role emphasizes accurate reserve setting, payments, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams while applying knowledge of state laws and industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures and state laws.
• Proficient computer skills with claims software.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are currently looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role!

How You'll Make An Impact

• Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.
• Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.
• Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.
• Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 years related experience required
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.- Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
