Based on-site at the Des Peres, Missouri headquarters, you will investigate overages/shortages and coordinate across customers, agents, and internal teams to reach solutions. The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving to deliver positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, claims, admin support, logistics, call center, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding reported overages and shortages.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Investigate missing and found item reports by reviewing files and system information.
• Analyze information to determine ownership of overages and location of shortages.
• Coordinate with customers, agency personnel, and internal teams to move cases toward resolution.
• Evaluate cost-effective options for returning items to owners.
• Maintain accurate documentation in company systems.
• Manage multiple open cases and meet service expectations.
• Follow up on unresolved matters and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Exercise sound judgment while following procedures and best practices.
• Support departmental initiatives and additional responsibilities.
