Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in risk management, insurance, safety, business administration, or related field preferred; experience considered.
• 2–5 years in commercial auto, general liability, property damage, or workers' compensation claims.
• Experience with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, medical providers, or legal counsel preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping; proficient in MS Office and claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for vehicle accidents, injuries, and property damage claims.
• Review incidents and submit claims to insurers within required timeframes.
• Maintain claim details in claims management systems with updates.
• Coordinate internal investigations with safety and operations teams.
• Prepare summaries and documentation for adjusters, leaders, and counsel.
• Track and report claim frequency, severity, and trends.
